This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conceptualize and create digital marketing materials for social media, email, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Develop and refresh website pages, landing pages, case studies, and highlighted content.
• Create visually appealing sales proposals, presentations, and capability decks.
• Design reusable campaign templates and branded marketing materials.
• Convert concepts and information into engaging and clear visual narratives.
• Collaborate with the Design Director to ensure brand and marketing communications remain consistent.
• Assist in the development, coordination, and scheduling of marketing campaigns.
• Aid in transforming longer content into social media posts, graphics, and presentations.
• Write and enhance foundational marketing text for social media posts, landing pages, and emails.
• Work with internal team members to collect content, obtain feedback, and secure approvals.
• Manage and publish content across Punchcut’s social media platforms.
• Create and implement website landing pages and perform routine updates.
• Maintain a library of templates for presentations, proposals, case studies, and other assets.
• Ensure that marketing and sales materials are accurate, current, and easily accessible.
• Identify chances to leverage AI-driven automation to enhance quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Investigate relevant industry, technology, design, and marketing trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and spot emerging content opportunities.
• Analyze campaign, website, and social media engagement and performance metrics.
• Experiment with new formats, channels, and strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
• At least 1–3 years of professional, freelance, or related experience in marketing design, digital marketing, graphic design, social media, or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related area—or equivalent practical experience.
• A robust portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design, typography, layout, visual storytelling, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in modern design and presentation software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in creating presentations, social media content, digital campaigns, or online marketing materials.
• Understanding of branding systems and the ability to apply them uniformly across various channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and resourceful mindset along with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfort in collaborating within a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• A strong desire to learn new tools, formats, and methodologies.
