Marketing Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and the company website.

• Create visually appealing social media posts, carousels, presentations, and other marketing materials.

• Edit short-form videos as well as clips featuring founders and interviews.

• Oversee content calendars and manage publication timelines.

• Implement strategies for organic growth and community engagement.

• Monitor performance indicators and refine content based on analytics.

• Assist with branding initiatives, events, and enhancing visibility for portfolio companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or growth-oriented positions.

• Excellent writing and communication abilities.

• Skilled in Canva and/or Figma.

• Proficient with video editing software, such as CapCut.

• Knowledgeable about LinkedIn, X, and newsletter distribution platforms.

• At ease with utilizing AI tools for content creation and marketing processes.

• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

• Nice to Have

• Experience within startups, venture capital, or founder-focused ecosystems.

• Basic understanding of analytics, SEO, and email marketing techniques.

• A portfolio that demonstrates content and design expertise.
