This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including schedules for email, text, and social media.
• Design, modify, and schedule marketing materials using Canva or similar applications.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and maintain consistency with the brand image.
• Address client inquiries received via social media and email.
• Organize and summarize email communications, prioritize them, and respond to general questions.
• Compose and dispatch emails according to executive instructions.
• Oversee and coordinate schedules, appointments, and reminders.
• Ensure that the calendar aligns with business goals and avoids scheduling conflicts.
• Arrange travel logistics and bookings.
• Assist in the organization of events, webinars, and marketing activities.
• Keep marketing calendars updated to guarantee the timely execution of campaigns, including drip campaigns and the 36-Touch strategy.
• Refresh CRM tools with campaign information and monitor engagement statistics.
• Aid in recruitment by organizing interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Manage procedures related to pre-listing and post-closing tasks.
• Revise financial documents and prepare contracts as necessary.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and conduct comparative market analyses.
• English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience: A minimum of three years in relevant positions, with a robust background in operational and high-level administrative roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and social media management tools.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to evaluate campaigns, detect trends, and enhance workflows.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, Google Suite, Excel, and project management solutions.
