• Oversee the execution of marketing strategies on a weekly basis across various channels.
• Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, and execution tracking tools.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, designers, editors, and team members to coordinate deliverables.
• Develop, document, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and marketing processes.
• Monitor the progress of campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and performance metrics are tracked.
• Implement email campaigns, newsletters, and nurturing sequences.
• Create and oversee email automations, segmentation, and scheduling activities.
• Assess deliverability, engagement levels, and the overall performance of campaigns.
• Organize CRM data and assist with follow-up workflows.
• Manage logistics for webinars, including promotion and follow-up after events.
• Develop or coordinate landing pages, registration pages, and follow-up workflows.
• Assist in converting webinar attendees to consultations or leads.
• Transform webinar content into long-lasting marketing materials.
• Oversee publishing efforts across LinkedIn, email, blogs, videos, and other marketing platforms.
• Organize content production and scheduling led by founders or leadership.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, writers, and contractors to ensure smooth content flow.
• Maintain a well-structured and consistent content calendar.
• Facilitate communication and outreach with referral partners.
• Coordinate joint marketing efforts, follow-up actions, and campaign tasks.
• Ensure accurate CRM tracking and relationship management.
• Help guarantee that referral and partner marketing activities are executed consistently.
• Oversee updates to websites, landing pages, and improvements to marketing funnels.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and contractors as necessary.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing lead generation, consultation bookings, and conversion rates.
• 3–6+ years of direct experience in executing marketing strategies.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns across diverse marketing channels.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and coordination.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• High level of accountability, meticulous follow-through, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage timelines, contractors, and various moving elements without needing constant supervision.
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress and making updates to landing pages.
• Background in webinar marketing, email funnels, and CRM automation.
• Experience supporting brands led by founders or leadership.
• A background in marketing for professional services is a plus.
