Marketing Engineer

• Proactively oversee the health, security, and ongoing performance of our web properties.

• Design and implement the framework for an online store, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

• Architect and deploy dynamic content experiences that tailor user journeys based on CRM data.

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of HubSpot automation and integrations.

• Act as a bridge between design and development by converting high-fidelity Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive components and pages, using AI or directly where applicable.

• Manage the migration of our technology stack (e.g., moving from WordPress to Webflow), ensuring stability and continuity throughout the transition.

• Support cross-team AI implementations, which include agentic workflows, co-working tools, and shared data pools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and launching websites, with a portfolio showcasing the faithful execution of designs.

• Front-end engineering skills, including familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue), build tooling, APIs, or collaboration with a product engineering team.

• Proficiency in the current stack (WordPress/Elementor) with an emphasis on stability and performance.

• Expertise in modern engineering practices (APIs, dynamic content, build tools) essential for "building the engine."

• Required proficiency in contemporary web platforms (e.g., Webflow).

• Experience managing the operational aspects of the web, including SEO/AEO/GEO, analytics, tracking, and site health.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development and production workflows.

• Ability to interpret and execute Figma designs and prototypes with high fidelity.

• A design-oriented perspective: strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and an instinct for identifying when something appears "off."

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in asynchronous/remote environments.

🏝️ Benefits

• Hybrid office/remote work environment.

• Competitive salary along with available equity compensation.

• Generous employer-paid health insurance, which includes preventative dental care for adults.

• 401K plan with employer matching.

• Flexible PTO policy.
