Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Creation of advertising creatives (both video and static visuals) based on technical specifications.

• Adapting creatives for various platforms and formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Motion Designer.

• Proficient use of Figma and CapCut.

• Skills in video editing and adapting creatives for different formats.

• Understanding of composition principles, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

• Experience with AI tools for content creation is a must-have.

• Self-organization and the ability to independently drive tasks to completion.

• Experience working with Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Google AI Studio, or other AI tools will be a plus.

• Experience in a performance team will also be a plus.
