• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across various channels including email, social media, blogs, events, and content platforms.
• Generate and curate engaging social media content, complete with captions and unique designs.
• Create advertising materials tailored for social media platforms and Google Ads.
• Evaluate competitors' social media strategies to enhance our own tactics.
• Generate marketing content for the website, including blogs, case studies, solution briefs, email campaigns, and e-books.
• Conduct research to identify content opportunities through community signals (such as Reddit, LinkedIn, and industry forums) to shape topic strategies and content calendars.
• Produce technically specialized content focused on cloud, AI, and AWS services for a B2B technical audience.
• Develop landing pages, marketing emails, and digital campaign assets.
• Partner with AWS collaborators on co-branded email marketing campaigns.
• Create infographics, solution briefs, and a well-crafted company profile.
• Design LinkedIn banners, posts, and advertisements.
• Maintain and refresh presentation and proposal/contract templates.
• Create templates for business reviews and other client-facing documents (including sign-offs and documentation).
• Collaborate on branding materials and promotional kits.
• Provide ongoing design assistance for various content needs.
• Review the live implementation of design assets against Figma specifications, identifying discrepancies in layout, copy, and functionality for developer correction.
• Develop content for sales and pre-sales presentations across our service offerings.
• Keep proposal and contract templates updated and consistent with brand standards.
• Nurture inbound leads from our website, social media, email, and other marketing channels for sales handoff.
• Collaborate with external partners and clients on co-branded deliverables, ensuring alignment between internal standards and partner expectations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Over 3 years of experience in a marketing or design role, preferably within a technology organization.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices.
• An inherent storyteller with a keen sense of empathy, capable of customizing messaging for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
