
Marketing Data & Performance Ops Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and sustain performance dashboards for paid media.
• Oversee the accuracy of marketing attribution and conversion tracking.
• Integrate advertising platforms with internal data systems such as Salesforce and analytics tools.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for marketing leadership.
• Aid in campaign tagging, tracking parameters, and maintaining data integrity.
• Recognize trends and performance insights across various channels.
• Assist in budget pacing and forecasting models.
• Support analysis and reporting for campaign experiments.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or performance marketing reporting.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, advertising platform reporting, SQL, and BI reporting tools (Snowflake is preferred).
• Excellent skills in Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Knowledge of marketing attribution and conversion tracking, particularly incrementality studies.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
