This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a collaborative partner within the Marketing Analytics team, providing insights into the performance of marketing activities.

• Generate performance reports, assist in crafting actionable insights, and facilitate analytics self-service for the marketing team.

• Create dynamic reports and dashboards that will act as the foundation for enabling data-driven decisions within the marketing team.

• Assist in advanced analytics tasks, such as developing intricate forecasts using various data inputs.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert marketing data needs into reports and self-service marketing tools.

• Produce graphs, reports, and dashboards to enhance the understanding of performance across marketing and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of reporting: Responsible for maintaining data integrity in reports and dashboards to guarantee reported data is correct.

• Partner with internal marketing and cross-functional data collaborators to ensure the necessary data is available for report and dashboard creation.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing and enrollment processes, statuses, and the prospective student cycle, along with the supporting data to aid in report and insight generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, data science, data management, or analytics roles.

• Experience in the higher education sector is an advantage.

• Proficient in data mining.

• Strong Excel skills and other technical abilities, including familiarity with analytics tools and systems such as Excel, R, SQL, SAS, and business intelligence and visualization platforms like Tableau, Cognos, Birst, DOMO, and Microsoft Power BI.

• Experience with quantitative data and proficiency in using analytics code to extract data, develop dashboards, and generate reports.

• Solid foundation in analytics: Knowledge of data warehousing tools and data science environments, along with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources.

• Understanding of marketing analytics, frameworks, concepts, and the analytic requirements of the marketing team across various responsibility levels.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize data to generate insights.
