This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the HSOB Sales Team in organizing alumni meetings and delivering presentations.
• Identify alumni or ambassadors to collaborate with CIEE staff for impactful presentations in their school communities.
• Conduct weekly refresher workshops to prepare alumni for their school presentations.
• Facilitate communication between the CIEE sales team and alumni, including sharing ambassadors’ presentation slides with the sales team.
• Ensure referral links are consistently available for in-school presentations.
• Oversee the Global Ambassador and Ambassador Abroad Programs.
• Aid in the development, organization, and execution of virtual training sessions for ambassadors.
• Curate and distribute resources to empower ambassadors.
• Manage central communications with ambassadors via email, social media, and text messaging.
• Create and promote monthly referral and engagement contests, and communicate outcomes to winners.
• Host monthly webinars with ambassadors.
• Develop and disseminate monthly newsletters to champions.
• Gather, package, and curate alumni and champion stories as blogs, interview clips, photo galleries, podcasts, etc., to enhance CIEE’s content strategy and bolster alumni social media and web presence.
• Produce pre-packaged marketing materials that alumni and parents can adapt to promote CIEE programs and scholarships in their communities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating the Global Navigator Virtual Fair by creating Zoom meetings, communicating with presenters, developing promotional content, and moderating panels.
• Test in-person events to connect ambassadors, alumni parents, or program leaders with local youth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with U.S. teens.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using web-based applications for virtual events and project management/collaboration (e.g., Zoom, Asana, Teams, etc.).
• Experience in basic graphic design and proficiency in the Adobe Software suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva.
• Familiarity with simple video editing tools (iMovie, Premiere, Windows Movie Maker) is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
• Innovative problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced work and market environment.
• Ability to engage with and work alongside a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Optional/Plus: International experience is advantageous.
