This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and refresh **catalogues, manuals, and promotional materials**

• Ensure and enhance brand consistency across all assets

• Produce marketing materials from initial concept to final execution

• Oversee and expand online presence on **LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube**

• Strategize, create, and organize content

• Track engagement and optimize performance

• Assist with website updates in accordance with marketing strategies

• Contribute ideas and content for ongoing enhancements

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

• Conduct research to discover new industries, markets, and leads

• Manage promotions, special offers, and marketing campaigns

• Record and analyze marketing data and performance

• Collaborate with the internal team on campaigns and initiatives

• High-quality, on-brand design assets delivered punctually

• Consistent and increasing engagement on social media platforms

• Accurate and timely updates to the website

• Continuous generation of relevant marketing leads

• Strong graphic design skills with a keen creative eye

• Capability to manage multiple marketing channels

• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines

• Comfortable working within a small, dynamic team

• **Experience & Tools**

• - 2–3+ years in a marketing or design position

• - A strong portfolio showcasing past work is required

• **Tools & Platforms**

• - Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• - Canva

• - Google Workspace

• - Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube

• - ClickUp or similar task management tools

• - CRM systems (preferred)
