This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts across various platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, Zoom)
• Foster and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients
• Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aid in contract negotiations, and enhance client profitability
• Generate account status reports and maintain transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requirements promptly and professionally
• Communicate initiative progress (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure alignment with client objectives
• Manage complex client requests or escalations as necessary
• Collaborate with sales, paid advertising, and content teams to align strategies with client goals
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables utilizing management software (e.g., Teamwork)
• Schedule and facilitate client status meetings and internal discussions
• Resolve project-related issues swiftly to uphold quality and meet deadlines
• Track key metrics — leads, sales, and performance indicators — to ensure targets are achieved
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
• Engage in agency initiatives, including video content creation and strategy development
• Over 3 years of experience in a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO campaigns
• Proficient in CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, GHL, MS Office, Google Docs)
• Outstanding organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
