Teamlead Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Team leadership: You will serve as the primary contact for your online marketing team, continually nurturing their development and offering constructive feedback.

• Strategy development: You will collaborate with management to formulate the company’s marketing strategy, selecting appropriate marketing channels, communication concepts, and target-group-specific initiatives accordingly.

• Campaign ownership: You will oversee a range of performance marketing channels, taking responsibility for tracking performance metrics, reporting, and conducting analyses (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Campaign optimization: You will play a key role in enhancing these campaigns.

• Brand & Performance: With your comprehensive understanding of brand and performance marketing, you will foster further brand development and effective reach growth through innovative ideas and data-driven methods.

• Stakeholder management: You will function as a liaison to other departments and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: You have completed a degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, media, communication studies, or e-commerce) or possess an equivalent qualification with proven success.

• Experience: You have several years of experience in online marketing, preferably in a SaaS context.

• Solid knowledge: You have a strong passion for data-driven processes and hold extensive knowledge of various performance marketing channels.

• Team leadership: You have a proven track record in successfully leading a team and are capable of motivating them.

• People skills: You possess exceptional communication skills, empathy, and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Mindset: You demonstrate strong organizational skills, establish clear priorities, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• AI competence: You have a solid understanding of how generative AI—especially Claude—functions and the value it offers. Prompt engineering is a practical tool for you, not just a buzzword, which you also impart to your team.

• Language: You possess strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
