Marketing Coordinator – Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Develop refined, brand-aligned social media content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Produce visual assets for email newsletters, campaigns, and the corporate website.

• Craft presentations, reports, and marketing materials emphasizing strong layout and typography.

• Design visuals for application on event structures and signage.

• Oversee an internal request pipeline and ensure project delivery meets briefs and deadlines.

• Consistently apply SCA brand guidelines and visual identity across various mediums.

• Ensure visual consistency in all design outputs.

• Contribute innovative ideas to campaigns and storytelling efforts.

• Stay updated on design trends and introduce fresh visual concepts to the team.

• Assist in formatting and scheduling completed designs across different platforms.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to collect content and assets required for design projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing strong graphic design fundamentals — layout, typography, composition, and color.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Capability to consistently apply an established brand system across various assets.

• Familiarity with Canva or Figma is beneficial, but not a substitute for solid Adobe Creative Suite skills.

• Eager and enthusiastic about learning; actively seeking to grow as a designer.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for visual detail.

• Comfortable receiving and implementing creative feedback.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

• An interest in coffee or global food/beverage culture is a bonus.
