Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaboratively works with the proposal team under supervision to address Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest and Requests for Proposals.

• Analyzes and interprets solicitation documents.

• Aids in document layout, collects information and content, and manages both internal and external data requests.

• Proofreads, edits, and formats content for proposal submissions.

• Creates figures and graphics to enhance proposal submissions and interview materials.

• Composes and revises collateral related to employees, projects, and qualifications.

• Conducts interviews with staff to gather information and develop engaging content for proposals and marketing materials.

• Guarantees adherence to proposal management documents, such as development schedules, outlines, and assignments.

• Ensures that the quality control process is applied to all proposal submissions and various collateral.

• Manages the final submission of documents, whether in print or electronic form.

• Updates employee and project records using the Deltek Vision CRM system.

• Oversees project photography and its processing for marketing purposes.

• Highly organized, proactive team member who performs well under tight deadlines.

• Maintains meticulous attention to detail, document quality, and compliance pursuits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role within the AEC industry.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
