This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Create and implement email and SMS campaigns for system-wide initiatives, presale promotions, and communications.
• Oversee social media content, including static posts for holidays, grassroots presale materials, and scheduling.
• Organize the Design queue and manage the Asset Management platform.
• Create and deploy assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist with Franchise For Sale (FFS) campaigns by developing collateral, presentations, and email/SMS communications.
• Help with the filming and editing of video assets for presale and training initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication with drop-ship vendors, franchisees, and field teams.
• Offer individual support to franchisees for asset creation, social media posts, or communications.
• Participate in marketing strategy meetings.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, with familiarity in email, SMS, and social media.
• Knowledge of marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
