This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Organize, collaborate, and execute regional events.
• Manage the competing demands of multiple events simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ensure all deadlines are met for activities related to events, including logistics, purchasing, promotions, and deliverables.
• Oversee the management of event supplies and coordinate the shipping of materials for all events.
• Work with the team to promote events using Marketo, aiding in driving registrations.
• Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding event status, logistics updates, deadline adherence, budget considerations, and more.
• Handle lead acquisition, processing, nurturing, and follow-up, ensuring a robust strategy exists for pre-event, during-event, and post-event engagement.
• Manage and uphold registration lists and the event calendar while providing consistent updates to the regional team.
• Track and report on event and campaign performance metrics.
• Offer administrative support to the marketing team as required.
• Provide onsite assistance during events when necessary.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and cultivate relationships with vendors concerning events.
• Request marketing funds from GuidePoint's various vendor partners to support event sponsorships.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in event marketing within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Marketo, Eventbrite, or similar marketing platforms is required.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Gmail, and Google Cloud.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with a proven history of leading events and associated campaigns.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to engage with colleagues, regional teams, and vendor partners.
• Willingness to learn and utilize AI-enabled tools.
• Highly detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only; some travel may be required for certain roles, and onsite work may be necessary for Federal positions).
