• Drive Daily Operations and Flexible Support: Keeping the marketing momentum going requires significant effort, and you will be our key contributor. Tasks include creating emails in Hubspot, publishing blogs on Wordpress, and maintaining data integrity—these responsibilities are diverse yet essential.
• Enhance Our Content Production: Transform webinar recordings, transcripts, and recaps using AI (along with your own innovative ideas) into blog posts, one-pagers, social media clips, lead magnets, and other marketing materials.
• Utilize Both Sides of Your Brain: Infuse creativity, enjoyment, and experimentation into your work while supporting it with data and technical knowledge.
• Maintain Consistency: Step in to guarantee our compliance certification and webinar initiatives continue seamlessly while a senior team member is on parental leave.
• Embrace Continuous Learning: Our team thrives on knowledge acquisition, and as a generalist, you will have the chance to develop skills and make a significant impact across all marketing areas.
• Adopt an AI-First Approach: Can you vibe code an app? Convert a Webinar into a Blog Post? Create an automated AI lead workflow? If so, you’re exactly who we are looking for!
• Generalist Attitude: You enjoy taking on various roles. You prefer acquiring new skills over declaring something unfeasible. You can comfortably publish a blog post, conduct a webinar, or generate an SFDC report.
• Eager and Adaptive Learner: You ask insightful questions, respond well to feedback, and don’t require extensive time to start making contributions. You will quickly learn our technology stack, industry, and brand voice to begin making an impact.
• Results-Driven Work Ethic: You prioritize delivering a good outcome today over waiting for an ideal version two weeks later.
• Some Familiarity with MarTech: You are at ease with Salesforce, marketing automation (HubSpot experience is a bonus), have navigated the functionalities of several other tools, and understand the fundamentals of how leads progress through a B2B funnel.
