This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation of email campaigns, landing pages, social media content, advertising creatives, and various other marketing assets.
• Facilitate the review process, feedback cycles, and revisions among design, content, product, and legal teams.
• Maintain a centralized marketing calendar that outlines deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Manage version control and file organization (e.g., naming conventions, asset libraries, backups).
• Monitor progress through project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
• Communicate briefs, timelines, specifications, and approvals with event vendors.
• Follow up on deliverables and escalate issues as necessary.
• Coordinate logistical aspects: venue selection, catering, audio/visual services, travel arrangements, registrations, materials, and promotional items.
• Assist with webinar preparations (platform setup, invitations, technical rehearsals), follow-up communication, and reporting.
• Ensure proper UTM tagging, campaign tracking configuration, and adherence to naming conventions.
• Aid in performance reporting and variance evaluations.
• Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, reimbursements, and track expenses.
• Maintain databases of vendors/contacts, mailing lists, and inventories of marketing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with productivity software (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday).
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation or email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), CMS, or social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Capable of efficiently managing vendor communications, event logistics, and creative review processes.
• Detail-oriented, with a comfort level in data-driven or process-focused environments.
