This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the production of product literature, presentations, and sales tools.
• Assist in dealer and distributor communications with updates and campaign materials.
• Organize and manage marketing assets within shared systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather necessary inputs.
• Transform technical information into clear and accurate documentation.
• Ensure product information remains consistent across various channels.
• Aid in the execution of product launches and rollouts.
• Help with product photography, video production, and content capture.
• Coordinate logistics for shows, including shipping and vendor management.
• Prepare materials and signage for booths.
• Provide support for on-site execution as required.
• Track leads and assist with follow-up communications.
• Update website content and product pages regularly.
• Manage LinkedIn posts and email marketing campaigns.
• Handle translation and localization of materials for global distribution.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and approval processes.
• Maintain content calendars and project tracking tools.
• Ensure version control is upheld across all materials.
• Implement brand standards consistently across all outputs.
• Manage photo and video libraries effectively.
• Collaborate with designers and partners for asset creation.
• Maintain templates for various purposes.
• Track expenses and assist with budget reporting.
• Process invoices and manage vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing or coordination position, preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with technical content.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CMS, CRM, or DAM is advantageous.
