📋 Description

• Develop mobile video advertisements for BeReal that captivate large audiences, utilizing platform-specific formats and best practices for performance creativity.

• Analyze competitors to uncover opportunities based on trends, user behaviors, and cultural moments.

• Modify existing BeReal creative concepts and generate new ideas to meet growth targets across various audiences and markets.

• Implement AI to enhance creative production, increase productivity, and streamline operational workflows.

• Monitor metrics such as hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to gauge performance and rapidly iterate for improvement.

• Participate in cross-functional creative initiatives, including experimenting with new tools, formats, and production processes.

• Collaborate within a small creative team and work closely with the global team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly skilled in video editing and content creation.

• Practical experience with AI creative tools such as Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.

• Possess a creative and innovative mindset, capable of transforming "we should create something about this" into a completed video by the end of the day.

• Strong intuition for content and an understanding of what captures attention online.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
