This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that are driven by data to enhance pipeline growth and increase brand visibility.
• Examine customer behavior, purchasing trends, and regional market conditions to guide campaigns and positioning.
• Monitor and evaluate essential performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates, etc.) and consistently refine marketing endeavors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to synchronize marketing projects with revenue objectives and customer acquisition tactics.
• Manage and advance the company's brand identity across all platforms.
• Oversee content creation activities, including case studies, videos, social media content, and website material.
• Organize, execute, and enhance trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Identify and seek out new opportunities for brand visibility in crucial markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles, ideally within B2B or technology-focused companies.
• A proven history of driving market growth and elevating brand awareness in startup or rapidly growing environments.
• Practical experience in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and field marketing activities.
• Proficient in analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to shape strategy.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to achieve revenue goals.
