This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Take charge of the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Marketo within the enterprise technology framework.
• Ensure the platform’s scalability, performance, security, and governance are maintained.
• Establish and uphold Marketo standards, operational procedures, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt, platform vulnerabilities, and architectural deficiencies.
• Design and execute advanced Marketo configurations that extend beyond standard administration.
• Act as the escalation point for intricate platform challenges and design determinations.
• Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions within Marketo.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and Analytics on comprehensive lifecycle and automation projects.
• Manage and enhance the Marketo–Salesforce (SFDC) integration.
• Serve as the main contact with Adobe Marketo Support for escalated concerns.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Marketing Automation Platform Administrators.
• Over 10 years of practical experience with Adobe Marketo in enterprise settings.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing automation and intricate lifecycle models.
• Proven track record as a senior Marketo administrator, business analyst, and functional consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of Marketo order of operations.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integration and B2B data structures.
• Experience operating within large, multi-tool marketing technology ecosystems.
• Marketo certifications are highly preferred.
