Marketing Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, EMEA-wide initiatives and campaigns from development, testing, activation, to reporting setup in Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager.

• Collaborate with in-market stakeholders throughout EMEA and serve as a subject matter expert by offering training and support.

• Deploy content and assets in Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager for emails, landing pages, and forms across various EMEA markets.

• Execute one-off sends and automated campaigns while ensuring comprehensive testing and adherence to consistent standards.

• Enhance campaign performance through A/B testing, list segmentation, and post-campaign reporting utilizing Eloqua Insight.

• Harmonize strategies across EMEA countries to boost data quality and reduce cycle time.

• Supervise Marketing Automation work queues across EMEA and ensure that campaign requests fulfill SLA targets.

• Report platform issues and collaborate with the designated EMEA Marketing Automation Specialist and regional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Excel, and Salesforce.

• Experience influencing and working within a multinational organization.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously on a daily basis.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Eloqua Certification or completion of Eloqua training is preferred.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal, analytical, and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Salesforce.com certification is a significant advantage.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
