• Create medium-complexity emails in SFMC independently, encompassing formatting, coding, and the incorporation of text, images, and dynamic content.
• Execute medium to high-complexity email campaigns utilizing SFMC.
• Develop and implement low-complexity deployment strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
• Establish and oversee email journeys and triggered email campaigns within SFMC.
• Track and report on email performance for low to medium complexity accounts.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and convert insights into presentations for clients.
• Offer suggestions to enhance email campaign performance and support program and revenue objectives for low complexity accounts.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure email marketing is in sync with broader marketing strategies.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in email marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proficient knowledge and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is essential.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting and coding.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of marketing automation best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
• Knowledge of A/B testing practices and personalization techniques.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with AMPscript or SQL within SFMC.
