This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and enhance campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints for policyholders — covering everything from welcome and activation to renewal and win-back — in line with our established lifecycle framework.
• Manage the entire campaign process: collaborate with internal verticals and marketing leaders on the content calendar, craft emails and texts, produce assets, target specific audiences, and analyze results, including generated annualized premium.
• Hold direct revenue responsibility, ensuring that campaign effectiveness translates into growth across multiple expanding embedded insurance initiatives.
• Track and refine evergreen and lifecycle touchpoints based on performance metrics, advising leadership on necessary changes and overseeing their implementation.
• Assist in broadening policyholder marketing into new verticals set to launch in the upcoming months, cooperating with marketing leadership, program managers, and product managers.
• Synchronize with brand partners' marketing teams to align co-marketing calendars, ensuring mutual reinforcement of campaigns.
• Customize brand marketing kits for each partner and facilitate new partner launches within our embedded insurance programs.
• Create and distribute social media content for the company to promote policyholder events, product launches, and program milestones.
• Provide logistical support for partner-hosted events, including swag, event documentation, internal communications, and attendee updates (occasional travel may be necessary).
• Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) proficiently for drafting, asset creation, and campaign brainstorming — leveraging these tools to enhance efficiency and elevate output quality.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, whether in an agency, in-house, or startup environment.
• Excellent writing capabilities that enable you to create clear, on-brand emails, texts, and campaign materials with minimal guidance.
• Familiarity with email and campaign platforms like HubSpot, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to analyze campaign results, derive insights, and make adjustments, along with comfort in being evaluated on outcomes such as conversion rates and generated premium.
• Strong organizational skills to manage campaigns across 4 or more programs while maintaining attention to detail.
• A collaborative communication approach that effectively engages both internal teams and external brand partners.
• A genuine enthusiasm for hands-on, self-directed work: you prefer to take ownership rather than manage a vendor.
• Flexible Working.
• Flexible Time Off.
• Competitive Compensation.
• Comprehensive Healthcare.
• Company Retreats.
