Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in delivering strategic marketing support and insights for a portfolio of properties.

• Collaborate with operational leaders to design and implement effective marketing strategies.

• Utilize expertise to create and execute innovative marketing plans.

• Continuously evaluate performance data to ensure effectiveness and success.

• Work closely with operational leadership to maintain successful property marketing initiatives.

• Leverage support from the centralized marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

• Analyze ongoing leasing and marketing performance and provide reports to leadership and clients.

• Recommend and oversee the execution of long-term and short-term objectives with established timelines, benchmarks, and KPIs.

• Participate in discussions with leadership and clients to assess marketing performance.

• Offer leasing and marketing training to onsite teams.

• Generate marketing ideas and campaigns aimed at enhancing social media presence and driving traffic.

• Develop 30-60-90-day marketing action plans for properties that are not achieving occupancy targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in marketing support or a comparable role.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and set priorities effectively.

• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• 1-3 years of marketing experience that directly correlates with marketing manager responsibilities; including paid digital media, marketing strategy, and data-driven decision making.

• Experience in Real Estate Property Management.

• Proficiency with Property Management Software – Yardi, Onesite, Entrata.

• Familiarity with industry-related CRMs – Rent Dynamics, Knock.
