This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create, revise, and proofread marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and the firm's website, ensuring precision on all immigration-related topics.
• Assess marketing materials for legal accuracy and highlight any content that could misrepresent immigration processes, timelines, or results.
• Translate and modify content between English and Spanish while preserving tone, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
• Aid in the planning and scheduling of social media content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct research on updates in immigration law, community trends, and competitor marketing efforts to guide content strategy.
• Assist in the creation of email campaigns, including writing copy, formatting, and scheduling.
• Contribute to editorial content for the firm's magazine, newsletter, and blog as directed.
• Organize and manage a content library of approved materials, templates, and resources.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, reporting, and task management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
• A background in immigration law is essential — paralegal experience, legal studies, or comparable hands-on immigration law experience is required.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities in both languages with a strong attention to detail.
• Capability to identify and flag inaccurate or misleading immigration-related content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with US-based teams across different time zones.
• Previous experience in a marketing, content creation, or communications role is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content scheduling tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Canva, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting a US-based law firm or professional services organization remotely is highly desirable.
