Marketing Assistant – Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in meetings with internal clients to gather briefs for communication materials;

• Conduct interviews with clients to create written and video case studies;

• Develop an editorial calendar;

• Generate client case studies for the website and sales team;

• Create briefs for design professionals and develop content for campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials;

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with brand identity;

• Assist in the production and curation of content for company-organized events and those the company participates in;

• Coordinate with the communications agency to align requests and provide media briefs and email marketing automation instructions;

• Proofread and edit written content;

• Attend events to capture video and content for social media.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising, or Digital Media;

• Capacity to write clear, concise, and high-quality content;

• Intermediate English proficiency for content production, translations, and interviews with international clients;

• Understanding of SEO principles;

• Proficient in social media, with extensive use of platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram;

• Familiarity with content marketing best practices;

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders;

• Capability to adapt content language for different channels based on their characteristics and requirements;

• Willingness to attend pre-scheduled events;

• Experience in producing content within the technology sector;

• Proficiency in Spanish.
