Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Conduct market research to pinpoint trends, analyze competitors, and shape strategic initiatives.

• Develop and implement social media campaigns aimed at boosting brand visibility and increasing follower engagement.

• Analyze social media performance metrics to guide future strategies.

• Identify relevant industry conferences and events for participation.

• Translate and adapt materials from English to Japanese.

• Provide interpretation services for both virtual and in-person meetings with Japanese stakeholders.

• Oversee and enhance social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others in Japan.

• Recommend platform-specific content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.

• Monitor social media channels and digital industry news for retweets, reposts, and comments.

• Track website traffic for optimization of SEO/SEM efforts.

• Collaborate on campaign ideas that align with marketing objectives and audience interests.

• Utilize AI tools to improve content creation and manage social media effectively.

• Proficient in English for effective communication and research tasks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify market trends and assess marketing effectiveness.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing tools.

• Familiarity with graphic design software like Canva, video editing applications, Office Suite, and AI tools is advantageous.

• Self-driven and proactive, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.

• Adaptable and capable of keeping pace with swiftly evolving social media trends.
