Senior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the marketing leader for the RSMeans division, taking charge of strategy, planning, and execution.

• Create and implement audience strategies, messaging, and integrated marketing programs aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align with business goals and boost product adoption.

• Track business performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance customer value and market expansion.

• Lead the strategy for outreach and engagement with contractors.

• Manage and mentor a dedicated team member focused on Contractor Marketing.

• Design initiatives that enable contractors to effectively adopt Gordian solutions and derive value more swiftly.

• Produce content, campaigns, and communications that fortify contractor relationships and promote sustained engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, including demand generation, customer marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy.

• Proven experience managing a product portfolio, business unit, customer segment, or industry vertical.

• Demonstrated success in creating marketing programs that foster customer acquisition, adoption, engagement, and retention.

• Strong skills in leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management.

• Ability to convert business goals into quantifiable marketing results.

• Background in construction, contractor services, facilities management, or infrastructure-related sectors.

• Knowledge of estimating, procurement, project planning, or cost data solutions.

• Familiarity with RSMeans, Job Order Contracting (JOC), or Gordian's suite of solutions.

• Experience in managing or mentoring team members.
