This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary contact for agency contracts and code modifications at the regional office.
• Create Jira tickets to inform Corporate Licensing about new contracts, mergers, terminations, and producer appointments.
• Engage with agents, insured parties, and underwriters concerning inquiries related to licensing, contact details, and access to web resources.
• Record discussions regarding agency reviews, profitability strategies, and agency profile details in the Sales Management System (SMS).
• Relay changes in agent, underwriter, and territory assignments to regional departments and update the agency system accordingly.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Director and team, which includes creating PowerPoint presentations and communicating agency updates.
• Generate reports for the marketing team, covering the book of business, safety groups, and target market data.
• Evaluate data from the agency management plan, assess agency performance, and analyze premium and loss ratio breakdowns and trends.
• Prepare and distribute reports and executive summaries to both management and the marketing team.
• Create and disseminate marketing materials to agents.
• Inform regional team members about new agency appointments and agents that have been terminated via email.
• Notify Corporate Communications about agency bulletins for the regional website.
• Organize logistics for agency meetings, events, producer orientations, and training sessions.
• Compile marketing materials for agency meetings.
• Design and propose marketing brochures, COOP advertising, and promotional strategies for new products and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of administrative or related experience.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of the property and casualty insurance industry is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar proficiency.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
