Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing campaigns (both online and offline).

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, newsletters, and landing pages.

• Organize content for the website and social media, including editorial planning, briefings, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Aid in email marketing efforts, including segmentation, sending, analysis, and A/B testing.

• Manage CRM and marketing data, ensuring the quality of data.

• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, print shops, and other service providers.

• Provide support for events, trade shows, and webinars.

• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and prepare reports.

• Perform administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, budget tracking, ordering, and filing/asset management.

• Update and maintain the website along with basic CMS management in collaboration with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing (in assistant, coordination, or similar roles).

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, business administration (BWL), or a related field.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a structured and independent working style.

• Proficient user of MS Office/Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.

• Familiarity with common marketing tools is a plus, such as newsletter tools, CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms.

• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.

• Proficient English skills necessary for collaboration in an international setting.

• A team player with a proactive mindset and a good understanding of branding and target audiences.
