This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the creation and planning of content
• Aid in coordinating and scheduling content across various social media platforms
• Support the execution of advertisements and campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and additional channels
• Moderate comments and messages on social media
• Assist with ongoing operational and administrative tasks, including onboarding new team members and coordinating client gifts
• Provide general support across different business areas as necessary
• Familiarize yourself with internal systems, workflows, automations, and processes
• Utilize tools such as ClickUp, Zapier, AI tools, and other platforms to facilitate daily operations
• Demonstrate proactivity and curiosity in learning new systems and enhancing efficiency throughout the business
• Shadow aspects of the Chief of Staff role to aid in operational continuity and provide support coverage when needed
• Strong written and verbal skills in English
• Highly organized and proactive
• Quick learner who enjoys multitasking
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Interest in marketing, operations, automation, and business systems
• Keen attention to detail
• Dependable and responsive
• Capable of independent thinking and problem-solving
• Bonus points if you have experience with:
• Meta advertising and social media
• Canva and other creative tools
• ClickUp, CRM, and project management software
• Zapier, Stape, and automation tools
