This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the global growth marketing strategy and oversee the international marketing team.
• Develop scalable demand generation and outbound strategies for new and under-served markets.
• Leverage AI tools, automation, and value-enhancing systems in B2B marketing efforts.
• Support the joint pipeline established by Regional Managing Directors and Business Development teams targeting specific accounts and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Take ownership of the corporate narrative and messaging framework while tailoring it to various markets.
• Create shared marketing capabilities, systems, and methodologies for regional teams.
• Collaborate with established regional marketing teams, especially in the Nordics.
• Integrate marketing efforts across the Nordics, DACH, and the UK into a cohesive international strategy.
• Generate qualified discussions, opportunities, and new pipeline.
• Establish repeatable strategies for raising awareness, relevance, and pipeline in emerging markets.
• Present market-relevant offerings to customers with compelling messaging.
• Steer marketing towards unified objectives without excessive daily centralized management.
• International experience in leading teams that operate across multiple markets.
• Senior-level expertise in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or account-based marketing within professional services.
• Proven experience in building awareness and pipeline in markets where the brand is not yet established.
• Experience navigating complex sales environments with lengthy cycles and multiple decision-makers.
• Background in developing outreach systems that integrate both personnel and technology.
• Comfort in being evaluated based on conversations and pipeline rather than mere reach and impressions.
• Confidence in engaging with senior leaders, including challenging assumptions regarding commercial traction.
• History of effectively uniting distributed teams and external partners into a cohesive unit.
• Capability to work effectively even if not possessing every listed qualification.
