This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the comprehensive production process for marketing and creative initiatives.
• Administer marketing and design briefs, ensuring that all requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly communicated.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, copywriters, agencies, and various external partners.
• Supervise project timelines, priorities, approvals, and production schedules.
• Aid in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage the production of creative assets, including digital content, print materials, social media, emails, websites, presentations, and promotional items.
• Evaluate creative work and marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
• Facilitate feedback and revisions between stakeholders and creative teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets that meet the specified requirements.
• Keep project files, documentation, briefs, and production schedules organized.
• Assist the broader marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
• Recognize potential production challenges or delays and proactively propose solutions.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination, creative production, design production, or a related field.
• Experience in the New Zealand market is crucial.
• Strong knowledge of the New Zealand marketing and business landscape.
• Background in coordinating creative or marketing projects from inception to completion.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, agencies, and other creative stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of branding, marketing materials, and design production workflows.
• Confident in reviewing creative assets and offering or coordinating feedback.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management, marketing, or design tools is a plus.
• Desirable: Experience within a New Zealand-based organization or with New Zealand clients.
• Desirable: Background in an agency, in-house marketing, retail, e-commerce, or a similar environment.
• Desirable: Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media.
• Desirable: Basic understanding of design principles and creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
