Marketing and Business Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will deliver extensive support for a range of marketing initiatives and daily operational processes.

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter), composing newsletters, and producing polished, professional marketing materials.

• Implementing and tracking digital marketing campaigns across social media, email channels, and content platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Creating captivating content for newsletters, social media posts, and marketing materials, ensuring all outputs are consistent with our brand voice.

• Familiarity with CRMs (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) for managing lead tracking, updating customer information, and facilitating client communication workflows.

• Offering expert oversight for routine administrative responsibilities, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, CRM updates, and data management.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance metrics of marketing campaigns to refine future outreach strategies.

• Observing digital communities, interacting with our audience online, and ensuring all customer-facing interactions uphold a premium standard.

• Providing insightful, tailored assistance to tackle unique, rapidly evolving operational challenges as the business grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, virtual assistant, or business support role.

• Strong, proactive candidates who have managed a variety of administrative and promotional tasks in fast-paced settings will also be considered.

• A proven track record in managing digital platforms (social media management, email marketing tools, CRMs) along with a solid foundational understanding of organizational efficiency and customer service principles.
