This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and connect with target accounts and key personas across the APAC region through proactive outreach and face-to-face interactions, including re-engaging lost or inactive accounts.
• Lead outbound prospecting efforts, cultivate early-stage interest into qualified sales opportunities, and collaborate with the Sales team to discover growth and expansion within current customer accounts.
• Oversee regional lead follow-up utilizing strategic multi-touch cadences and ensure accurate activity and qualification data is maintained in Salesforce.
• Plan and implement regional field marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate pipeline, and execute events—this includes the development and localization of marketing materials, event management, and collaboration with approved partners and vendors.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting digital marketing efforts tailored to local platforms, audience behaviors, and language requirements; track and analyze regional engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates to optimize market effectiveness.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, field marketing, or hybrid commercial roles, ideally within B2B or enterprise settings.
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting, account engagement, and opportunity qualification.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred).
• Experience working across APAC markets, with a strong understanding of cultural and regional nuances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel—up to 30% both domestically and internationally.
