Marketing Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You prepare marketing data to serve as a solid foundation for our clients' decision-making processes.

• You take charge of planning, executing, and analyzing experiments, ranging from conversion-lift studies to brand-lift analyses.

• You serve as a strategic consultant to our clients, confidently communicating with decision-makers up to the C-level.

• You convert complex analysis results into concise, strategic recommendations for actionable steps.

• You create and oversee our global Test-and-Learn agenda to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.

• You design methodological frameworks to assess marketing success, ensuring the right KPIs are consistently tracked.

• In workshops, you share your expertise and empower colleagues to make informed, data-driven decisions.

• You possess strong communication skills and can independently and confidently manage client relationships.

• You develop a thorough understanding of your clients' needs and act as their trusted advisor.

• You comprehend complex data models, with a particular strength in clearly explaining them.

• You engage stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds — from marketing specialists to C-level executives.

• You have a background in performance marketing or digital advertising.

• You are knowledgeable about operational campaign execution and understand the mechanics of campaigns.

• You maintain an overview across multiple projects, working in a structured manner while proactively advancing processes.

• You are fluent in German at a native level and possess a strong command of English (at least B2).

• Ideally, you have previous experience working at an agency.
