This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Take ownership of marketing funnel metrics and performance standards by establishing consistent definitions for MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel ROI across the organization.
• Develop and manage dashboards for channel leaders, campaign managers, and marketing executives utilizing HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools; automate recurring reports to minimize manual effort and enhance visibility.
• Create standardized reporting cycles - weekly, monthly, and quarterly - ensuring consistent metric roll-up across teams.
• Proactively identify performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities; generate executive-level reports that convert marketing performance and ROI into actionable narratives for leadership.
• Construct and maintain spend versus pipeline impact models and monthly insight briefs that inform investment decisions and highlight areas for team focus.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership during planning phases to model forecasting scenarios, validate targets with historical data, and represent analytical perspectives in budget discussions with RevOps and Finance.
• Develop and implement a measurement framework for marketing tests and pilots - establishing success metrics from the outset, rigorously tracking outcomes, and providing what-if analyses to support strategic channel and investment choices.
• Oversee campaign tracking infrastructure in collaboration with RevOps: UTM conventions, CRM campaign setup, naming standards, and attribution logic - while advocating for marketing’s measurement requirements in cross-functional system conversations.
• Maintain a shared glossary of marketing metrics and data definitions; partner with RevOps on data enrichment initiatives to ensure completeness of contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Educate channel owners on self-service dashboards, create audience segmentation reports, and represent marketing in data governance discussions.

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance insights, or a related role - preferably in B2B SaaS with a complex, multi-touch funnel.
• Strong grasp of marketing technology stacks - understanding data flow between systems, identifying breakdowns, and resolving issues.
• Proficient with BI tools and comfortable creating dashboards from the ground up.
• Analytical precision combined with sound business judgment - you know which metrics are important and can articulate this to a non-technical audience.
• Skilled in data storytelling - able to distill complex analyses into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Proficient with AI tools for data analysis, synthesis, and reporting - used to enhance quality work rather than replace judgment.
