• Develop, manage, and consistently enhance the Marketing department's Power BI dashboards, which include goal tracking, executive scorecards, as well as pipeline and attribution reporting.
• Convert stakeholder needs into scalable data models, metric definitions, and reporting outputs that are precise, user-friendly, and easy to navigate.
• Implement and uphold standardized KPI frameworks, guaranteeing uniform definitions and calculations across all marketing reports.
• Establish and maintain multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting, ensuring accurate data representation across various systems.
• Validate and reconcile data across different platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools, Power BI), identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Oversee data flows among systems and resolve inconsistencies in collaboration with technical teams.
• Document data sources, metric logic, and reporting assumptions to promote transparency and scalability.
• Collaborate across functions to gather requirements, enhance data quality, and improve tracking and measurement capabilities.
• Assist in refining data structure, campaign tracking, and system integrations to boost reporting reliability.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and reporting outputs to facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or roles focused on reporting within a B2B setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, encompassing data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation.
• Significant hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms, specifically Marketo Measure.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and marketing data flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient communication skills for engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborating across departments and facilitating working sessions with stakeholders.
