Marketing Analytics, Experimentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Prepare marketing data to provide a solid foundation for client decision-making.

• Take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and analysis of experiments, including conversion-lift studies and brand-lift analyses.

• Offer strategic advice to clients and communicate effectively with decision-makers up to the C-level.

• Convert complex analysis results into clear and actionable strategic recommendations.

• Create and lead a global test-and-learn agenda.

• Develop methodological frameworks for assessing marketing success.

• Ensure that relevant KPIs are monitored and maintained as a priority.

• Share expertise in workshops and empower colleagues to make informed, data-driven decisions.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships autonomously and confidently.

• Profound understanding of client needs, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor.

• Ability to comprehend complex data models and convey them clearly.

• Capability to engage stakeholders from marketing specialists to C-level executives.

• Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.

• Familiarity with operational business processes and an understanding of campaign mechanics.

• Skill in overseeing multiple projects in a structured manner and proactively driving processes.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Strong English language skills, at least at a B2 level.

• Ideally, prior experience working in an agency environment.
