This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main strategic ally to the GTM Leadership team.
• Design and manage a comprehensive forecasting framework.
• Create and sustain machine learning models.
• Supervise the organization of marketing data within Google BigQuery.
• Advance beyond descriptive analytics to execute causal inference and predictive trend analysis.
• Convert technical data outputs into clear and engaging narratives for the executive team and board.
• Utilize LLM-powered agents to oversee BigQuery datasets.
• Apply orchestration patterns to develop self-healing data pipelines.
• Construct and launch AI-driven scoring models to distinguish high-value potential users from low-signal volume.
• Over 8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, including at least 2 years in a lead architect role.
• Proven track record as a force multiplier, with specific examples of tools, routines, evaluative systems, or frameworks you created that significantly enhanced the performance of other analysts or the organization as a whole.
• Expertise in Data Science and Engineering: Mastery of SQL and Python is essential.
• Practical AI proficiency as a builder, rather than just a user.
• Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience in constructing complex logic and integrations.
• Visualization and BI: Advanced skills in modern data stack visualization tools.
• Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to establish structure in highly ambiguous situations.
• MarTech Ecosystem: Extensive knowledge of the connections between Salesforce, marketing automation, and product-led data streams.
• Strong executive presence, with experience in presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
