This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• You will manage a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, focusing on high-AOV or high SKU count consumer durables.
• As the primary strategic partner for your clients, you will oversee daily operations, shape the narrative around performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that all marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will be a proficient cross-channel marketer and communicator, capable of translating data into actionable insights, guiding internal teams, and establishing trust with clients.
• In your role as an AAD, you will be the strategic lead for Lifestyle clients on a daily basis, ensuring that marketing efforts reflect comprehensive performance across extended purchase cycles and thoughtful buying behaviors.
• You will assist clients in navigating their strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion, helping them to comprehend performance beyond the last-click attribution model.
• You will collaborate with Project Managers to keep execution on track while working alongside the Account Director to refine quarterly strategies and long-term growth objectives.
• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing, with a proven track record in managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, including the interactions between awareness, consideration, and conversion channels, as well as common measurement gaps.
• Comfortable with the limitations of multi-touch attribution; able to articulate what last-touch attribution overlooks clearly.
• Familiar with upper-funnel channels (such as content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic) at a practical level.
• Experience working with brands where creative quality and storytelling serve as key competitive differentiators.
• Proven ability to manage clients through extended measurement cycles without diminishing their confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present a complex, multi-channel performance narrative in a way that is comprehensible to non-technical clients.
• Base salary paid in USD along with commission opportunities.
