This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement the overarching go-to-market strategy for the company.
• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Create scalable demand generation initiatives that drive revenue growth.
• Align marketing strategies with the company's objectives and long-term business goals.
• Take ownership of marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics.
• Formulate strategies across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships, and events.
• Construct scalable lead generation systems that reliably produce qualified opportunities.
• Track marketing performance and optimize initiatives based on quantifiable business outcomes.
• Articulate the company's voice and market positioning.
• Supervise the production of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership assets.
• Ensure uniform messaging across all customer interactions.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows that enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms.
• Develop reporting systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and marketing performance.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and strategic partners.
• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership positions.
• Demonstrated success in building B2B demand generation programs that yield measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Experience in leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency settings.
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing workflows and automation processes.
• Proven experience in managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-oriented initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
• A strong analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
