This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic marketing partner to the Country Manager.
• Work closely with Sales to foster a cohesive "One Team" mentality.
• Define and spearhead the regional marketing strategy.
• Manage the marketing strategy for acquiring new partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Channel Marketing team.
• Supervise regional lead generation and pipeline performance.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison with internal teams.
• Manage the regional marketing budget.
• Monitor, evaluate, and present regional marketing performance.
• Over 8 years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS.
• Profound understanding of indirect sales models, partner enablement, and "through-partner" marketing strategies aimed at driving MRR.
• Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams within a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, track ROI, and optimize lead generation funnels.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a talent for building alignment across Sales, Product, and centralized Marketing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for tracking lead lifecycles and campaign attribution.
