This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the performance marketing strategy by planning and executing efforts across SEM, SEO, paid social, display, TV, and audio.

• Develop comprehensive acquisition campaigns. Create enduring programs while continuously testing new audiences, creative elements, CTAs, channels, and formats.

• Enhance retention and lifecycle marketing. Design initiatives to maximize engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value, making adjustments based on results.

• Commit to relentless optimization. Implement a disciplined test-and-learn approach across channels to maximize ROI at every stage of the funnel.

• Be accountable for the metrics. Monitor performance using Google Analytics and GTM, create integrated multi-touch attribution reports, and convert campaign metrics into actionable insights for the business.

• Oversee the budget. Allocate spending effectively to achieve revenue targets and forecast with assurance.

• Understand our target audiences. Define and maintain persona and segment definitions, utilizing insights from paid media to enhance targeting across the marketing team.

• Collaborate across the organization. Work in alignment with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Brand Marketing, Sales, and our customer organization to drive collective growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI in both B2C and B2B environments, including managing budgets exceeding $1M.

• Strong analytical skills. Ability to translate data into actionable strategies with proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation, including A/B testing and familiarity with platforms like Optimizely or VWO.

• Preference for candidates with brand media buying experience, especially in video and audio.

• Relevant industry experience. Preference for candidates with eCommerce or logistics backgrounds; experience in 3PL is a significant advantage.

• Strong leadership presence. Ability to gain buy-in from a diverse range of stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.

• Operational excellence. Familiarity with workflow tools (such as Asana or similar) to ensure complex programs are delivered on time and that stakeholders remain aligned.

• A bachelor's degree is required (in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field); an MBA is a plus.
