This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather their needs and convert them into technical specifications.
• Design dashboard wireframes to align stakeholders on scope and functionality, illustrating structure, layout, content hierarchy, navigation, interactions, and user flow.
• Utilizing approved dashboard wireframes, develop SAP Analytics Cloud stories and perform analyses to uncover trends and insights that aid in business decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data in Marketing Intelligence solutions, overseeing testing, troubleshooting, and Incident Response Management for the dashboards you manage.
• Analyze data within the data warehouse and work closely with data engineers to enhance solutions for optimal performance.
• Independently carry out tasks from conception to delivery, proactively engaging with cross-functional teams to access necessary resources or data.
• Create and maintain team documentation for essential reports, including definitions of marketing KPIs, data catalogs, and user guides. Be capable of articulating complex technical concepts in straightforward business terms.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to conceptualize abstractly and grasp the complexities of intricate systems.
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Tableau is essential. Experience with Datasphere and Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple and large datasets, ideally related to customer journey and demand funnel analysis. Experience with relational databases is preferred.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of reporting objects (lead/contact, opportunity, account, etc.).
• Familiarity with marketing demand funnels and attribution models is desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to simplify and clarify complex ideas, processes, and data structures.
• Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Exhibits natural curiosity and enthusiasm to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing technology.
• Highly accountable, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Experience in conducting training sessions to assist users in understanding reports and metrics.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
