Marketing AI Specialist – 4 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain tailored AI agents and agent workflows utilizing platforms such as Claude, OpenAI GPTs, and others.

• Leverage tools like Zapier, MCP connectors, and LLM integrations to incorporate AI functionalities into our current marketing technology stack.

• Take ownership of the creation and continuous upkeep of Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors across various marketing applications.

• Establish and maintain a centralized repository of high-performing, standardized prompts, skills, and frameworks for "brand voice".

• Deliver a consistent stream of milestones from the marketing team's AI-focused backlog.

• Lead training initiatives and conduct regular office hours to provide support to the marketing team.

• Serve as the internal AI expert for the team, sharing insights on successes, challenges, and emerging trends.

• Keep abreast of developments in the marketing AI landscape.

• Investigate and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) customizations where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in AI, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related field (including full-time roles or internships).

• Strong practical experience in building and scaling LLMs — such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar — in production or near-production settings.

• A portfolio of completed projects showing the agents and/or automated workflows you have successfully deployed.

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and a robust understanding of how to connect LLMs with marketing technology systems.

• Demonstrated capability to create and implement automated workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or other similar integration platforms.

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and fluency in MarTech ecosystems (CRM, MAP, ABM, analytics).
