This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Suggest and create Stage 1 deep-dives for the remaining marketing functions utilizing the established prompt-pair and time-saving format.
• Confirm use cases with team leads and secure approval from marketing leadership.
• Identify obstacles hindering teams from progressing to Stage 2 by analyzing roadmap signals and unlock conditions.
• Assist team leads in integrating AI workflows into standard practices.
• Monitor progress via self-assessment score changes and prepare case studies.
• Evaluate assessment data to pinpoint teams that are prepared to move on to Stage 3.
• Aid in defining and implementing a cross-team tool or shared workflow with a related function.
• Record lessons learned in a replicable playbook.
• Oversee the self-assessment tool and maintain the results dashboard.
• Assist in designing objective test questions to complement self-reported scores.
• Contribute to the development of materials for the 12-session AI fluency curriculum.
• Manage training rollout logistics and collect feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate directly with marketing leadership to translate the AI adoption roadmap into tangible progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven interest in AI tools and workflows demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, or practical experience.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple workstreams while keeping projects aligned with managerial guidance.
• Analytical thinker; proficient in interpreting assessment data and summarizing insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
• Practical AI fluency with regular hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for various tasks.
• Familiarity with the AI tools landscape, including general-purpose assistants, specialized tools, and emerging agentic workflows.
• Willingness to learn about AI applications in SEO, creative fields, marketing operations, and other marketing functions.
• Preferred experience with Google Sheets/Apps Script, Chart.js, or basic data dashboards.
• Preferred knowledge of marketing functions and AI applications.
• Prior internship or project experience in training, enablement, or cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; the application will inquire whether the candidate is authorized to work in the United States without restrictions and if sponsorship will be necessary.
